 RETURNS POLICY:

Faulty or Damaged products

  • Once you click 'Place Order', it's final. However, we're here to help. If your product arrives damaged or faulty, we will replace it. If we can't replace it, we'll offer you a store credit. 
  • If something's not right, reach out within 24 hours of receiving your item at hello@holistichernaturopath.com.au, attaching clear photos and details.
